Senior Brand Designer, Red Hat (March 2022 - Present)
- Oversees all design, writing, and maintenance of the Red Hat brand standards website at brand.redhat.com
- Produces and facilitates trainings about the Red Hat brand and design practices for new designers and agencies
- Coordinates with art directors, writers, strategists, and other designers to create brand and marketing strategies for products, teams, tools, and initiatives
Brand Designer, Red Hat (July 2019 - March 2022)
- Spearheaded multi-year collaboration between the Brand team and Diversity and Inclusion communities to establish a unique visual identity for 9 communities
- Reevaluated and updated seventeen pages across the Red Hat brand standards in collaboration with team art director and junior designer
- Established a new Red Hat icon style as part of a small team, then built out the library to over 350 custom icons

- Communicated with subject matter experts to understand technical functionality of Red Hat products and visualize them for documentation
- Maintained structure and organization of files on shared servers for ease-of-use

- Collaborated on a cross-functional team including Paula Scher, partner at Pentagram New York, to create a new logo and brand system for Red Hat
- Produced designs for print, events, ads, signage, and other branded content
- Designed and distributed the 2018 international company greeting card in static and animated form, each in twelve languages
